Formulation for cellular, foamed-polymer product based on polyvinyl chloride, comprising: a polyvinyl chloride homopolymer having a K- value of from 60 to 85 and a pH value of the aqueous extract ranging of from 8 to 12; at least one isocyanate selected from isomers and homologues of diphenylmethane-4 , 4' -diisocyanate and modified diphenylmethane-4 , 4 ' -diisocyanate s and mixtures thereof ; at least one anhydride selected from the group of succinic anhydride, tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, hexahydrophthalic anhydride, methyl -tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, 4- methyl -hexahydrophthalic anhydride, cyclohexane-1, 2- dicarboxylic anhydride, methyl -endomethylene tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, dodecenyl succinic anhydride, trimellitic anhydride and mixtures thereof ; at least a surfactant; at least a foaming agent.
L'invention concerne une formulation pour un produit alvéolaire en polymère expansé à base de polychlorure de vinyle, comprenant : un homopolymère de polychlorure de vinyle ayant une valeur K allant de 60 à 85 et une valeur de pH de l'extrait aqueux allant de 8 à 12 ; au moins un isocyanate sélectionné parmi des isomères et homologues du 4,4'-diisocyanate de diphénylméthane et des 4,4'-diisocyanates de diphénylméthane modifiés et des mélanges de ceux-ci ; au moins un anhydride sélectionné dans le groupe constitué de l'anhydride succinique, de l'anhydride tétrahydrophtalique, de l'anhydride hexahydrophtalique, de l'anhydride méthyltétrahydrophtalique, de l'anhydride 4-méthylhexahydrophtalique, de l'anhydride cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylique, de l'anhydride méthylendométhylènetétrahydrophtalique, de l'anhydride dodécénylsuccinique, de l'anhydride trimellitique et de mélanges de ceux-ci ; au moins un tensioactif ; et au moins un agent d'expansion.
