A compound of formula (I): in which A is a C alkylene group with a chain length between NH and N(O)R'R" of at least 2 carbon atoms and R' and R" are each separately selected from C1-4 alkyl groups and C2-4 hydroxyalkyl and C2-4 dihydroxyalkyl groups, or R' and R" together are a C2-6 alkylene group, is formulated so that upon dissolution in aqueous solution the pH of the solution is in the range of 5 to 9. The compound may be in the form of salt with a physiologically acceptable acid having a pKa in the range of -3.0 (minus 3.0) to 9Ø

L'invention concerne un composé de formule (I), dans laquelle A est un groupe alkylène C à chaîne longue entre NH et N(O)R'R'', comportant au moins 2 atomes de carbone et R' et R'' étant sélectionnés séparément dans des groupes alkyle C¿1-4? et des groupes hydroxyalkyle C¿2-4 ?et dihydroxyalkyle C¿2-4? ou R' et R'' appartenant au même groupe alkylène C¿2-6?. Ledit composé est formulé de façon à ce que, lors de la dissolution dans une solution aqueuse, le pH de la solution est compris entre 5 et 9. Ledit composé peut être sous forme d'un sel à acide physiologiquement acceptable présentant un pK¿a? compris entre -3,0 et 9,0.
