- ABSTRACT - The present invention relates to formwork apparatus for tilt-up or on site concrete panel construction. The apparatus includes a plurality of planks suitable for acting as formwork for concrete panels to be poured. A plurality of or set of brackets are securable to the planks using a pen and a wedge. The plurality of brackets are spaced apart along the lengths of the planks. When a further concrete panel is to be poured on top of the previous panel another set of brackets are stackable on top of the set of brackets used for the previous panel.
