The object is to provide a means which enables a cancer immunotherapy for about 30% of various types of cancer patients in Japan who express forkhead box M1 (FOXM1) at high levels, by identifying a FOXM1-derived peptide which can bind to HLA-A2 to activate a human killer T-cell that can kill a cancer cell. Specifically disclosed is a peptide selected from the following items (A) and (B): (A) a peptide comprising an amino acid sequence depicted in any one of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 3; and (B) a peptide which has the substitution, deletion, insertion and/or addition of one, two or several amino acid residues in a peptide comprising an amino acid sequence depicted in any one of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 3 and which has an activity of inducing a cytotoxic (killer) T-cell.

L'invention concerne un moyen permettant une immunothérapie du cancer pour environ 30 % des divers types de patients présentant un cancer au Japon qui expriment une boîte = forkhead = M1 (FOXM1)à des taux élevés, par identification d'un peptide issu de FOXM1 qui peut se lier à HLA-A2 pour activer un lymphocyte T tueur humain pouvant tuer une cellule cancéreuse. De façon spécifique, l'invention porte sur un peptide choisi parmi les éléments suivants (A) et (B) : (A) un peptide comprenant une séquence d'acides aminés représentée dans l'une quelconque de SEQ ID NO : 1 à 3 ; et (B) un peptide qui a la substitution, la délétion, l'insertion et/ou l'addition d'un, deux ou plusieurs résidus d'acides aminés dans un peptide comprenant une séquence d'acides aminés représentée dans l'une quelconque de SEQ ID NO : 1 à 3 et qui a une activité consistant à induire un lymphocyte T cytotoxique (tueur).
