ABSTRACT A fragmentation projectile such as a single or dual purpose grenade or bomblet for a cargo pro- jectile comprising a fragmentation body enveloping an explosive charge carrying casing, which fragmentation body comprises one or more fragmentation rings notched in axial direction. Where the grenade is dual purpose, anti- personnel and anti-armour, the explosive charge inside the casing is sealed off by a conical liner.
