A snowshoe includes a lightweight frame (32) that provides traction and maintains the snowshoe's shape when traveling over at least one of the following surfaces: snow, hard-packed snow and ice, and a binding to fasten the snowshoe to a boot with a gloved hand. The frame includes a peripheral component (42) having a length, a height orthogonal to the length, and a width orthogonal to the height and at least two times shorter than the height at all locations along the height. The binding (34) includes a strap (36), and a retention element (40) coupleable with the strap. The retention element includes a body defining a main passage (50) in which the strap is disposed when coupled with the retention element, an access passage (52) through which the strap passes to enter the main passage, and a locking element (54) to secure the strap to the retention element.
L'invention concerne une raquette comprenant une armature légère de traction permettant à la raquette de ne pas se déformer lors d'un déplacement sur au moins une des surfaces suivantes, à savoir la neige, la neige tassée et la glace, ainsi qu'une fixation permettant de fixer la raquette à une botte avec une main gantée. L'armature comprend un composant périphérique d'une certaine longueur, d'une hauteur orthogonale par rapport à la longueur, et d'une largeur orthogonale par rapport à la hauteur et au moins deux fois plus courte que la hauteur sur toute la hauteur. La fixation comprend une bande, et un élément de retenue pouvant être couplé à la bande.
