ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A frame or rack which can be used singly or in stacked multiples, which includes novel means for suspending therein data binders or the like in a multitude of positions such as horizontally or angularily, which means includes single or multiple hanger rails and guide channels from which the data binders can be suspended. The data binders also include suspen- sion hooks that cooperate with one or more of the hanger rails for suspending the data binders horizontally or angularily, and in some instances includes hanger handles designed to cooperate with the hanger rails for horizontal or angular suspension or with the guide channels for lateral withdrawal from the frame or rack.
