A surgical drill guide for use with a bone plate having fastener holes oriented at predetermined angles with respect to the plate, the surgical drill guide having at least one alignment drill guiding barrel that is aligned with the respective fastener holes in the bone plate for drilling the holes at the desired range of angles permitted by the plate hole.

L'invention concerne un guide-foret chirurgical à utiliser avec une plaque vissée qui présente des trous de fixation orientés à des angles prédéterminés par rapport à la plaque. Ledit guide-foret comprend au moins un cylindre de guidage de foret aligné sur les trous de fixation respectifs dans ladite plaque vissée qui permet de percer les trous selon la plage désirée d'angles autorisés par la plaque vissée.
