A stable freeze-dried preparation of tetrodotoxin and the producing method thereof. The feeze-dried preparation has tetrodotoxin as the main active ingredient, and comprises solubilizer, excipient and stabilizer. The said solubilizer is citric acid. The excipient is sodium, mannitol or their composite. The stabilizer is dextran, trehalose or their composite. The ratio of tetrodotoxin, excipient and stabilizer is 1: 150-3000 : 50-500 or 50-6000. Preferably, the praparation comprises lidocaine hydrochloride as function modulator. The preparation of the prensent invention can be used for blocking the dependence/withdrawal syndrome of drugs such as opiums and cannabis.
Préparation stable lyophilisée de tétrodotoxine en poudre et son procédé de préparation. Ladite préparation, ayant pour principe actif principal la tétrodotoxine, contient un agent solubilisant, un excipient et un agent stabilisant. Ledit stabilisant est l'acide citrique, l'excipient de lyophilisation étant le chlorure de sodium, le mannitol ou leur composé. L'agent stabilisant est le dextrane, le tréhalose ou leur composé. Le rapport de tétrodotoxine, d'excipient et d'agent stabilisant est de 1/150-3000/50-500 ou 50-6000. De préférence, la préparation contient un agent modificateur, comme par exemple la lignocaïne. La poudre lyophilisée proposée dans la présente invention peut être utilisée pour inhiber les syndromes de dépendance et de sevrage des stupéfiants du type opiacés et cannabinoïdes.
