The present invention discloses a freight car bogie and a freight car. The freight car bogie comprises two wheel sets, two side frames arranged at outer side of said wheel sets, and a bolster fixedly connected to center position of each of said two side frames, respectively. The freight car bogie further comprises a K-shaped supporting device, wherein said K-shaped supporting device passes through preset holes on two sides of an abdominal region of said bolster; a first upper end and a second upper end, as well as a first lower end and a second lower end of said K-shaped supporting device are elastically connected with said two side frames respectively; and said first upper end and second upper end, and said first lower end and second lower end are respectively symmetrical with respect to a centre line of said bolster. The K-shaped supporting device of the present application may not pass through the middle part of the bolster so that a reinforcing rib for bearing vertical load can be disposed on the middle part of the bolster, thereby increasing the anti-lozenge-distortion rigidity of the bogie as well as improving the strength of the bolster for bearing the vertical load.

Ledit bogie comprend deux paires de roues (1), deux châssis latéraux (2) disposés à l'extérieur des paires de roues (1) et une traverse (3) reliée de manière fixe aux régions centrales des deux châssis latéraux (2). Le bogie comprend également un dispositif-support en forme de K (4) passant au travers de trous en un point prédéterminé des deux côtés de la partie inférieure de ladite poutre (3). La première extrémité supérieure (41), la seconde extrémité supérieure (42), la première extrémité inférieure (43) et la seconde extrémité inférieure (44) du dispositif-support en forme de K (4) sont raccordées de manière élastique aux deux châssis, respectivement. Lesdites extrémités supérieures (41) et (42) et les deux extrémités inférieures (43) et (44) sont respectivement symétriques par rapport à l'axe central de la poutre (3). Comme le dispositif-support en forme de K (4) du bogie ne traverse pas la partie centrale de la traverse(3), une nervure de renfort supportant la charge verticale peut être disposée sur la partie centrale de traverse (3), ce qui permet à cette dernière de mieux supporter la charge verticale et d'améliorer la rigidité du bogie, lequel résiste mieux aux déformations rhombiques.
