Landhult-2 (Revision) Abstract of the Disclosure The invention relates to a combination of semi- conductor elements and single or multiple phase elec- tric machines, for instance transformers, to provide a magnetic alternative flux in the magnetic circuit of the machine. This gives a frequency in the secondary winding of the machine which is changed by a factor K with reference to the frequency of the A.C. mains where the factor K may be predetermined and selected for design criteria.
