An adsorbent (2) is sandwiched by two films (4) from upper and lower directions; the two films (4) are bonded to upper and lower surfaces of the adsorbent (2). A skirt portion (4A) extending in a lateral direction of the adsorbent (2) is formed in an outer periphery of each of the films (4) and dispersing openings (8) are formed between the skirt portions (4A). Then, a freshness--keeping liquid impregnated in the adsorbent (2) is gradually dispersed outside from each side portion (2A) of the adsorbent (2) through the dispersing opening (8), whereby the adsorbent (2) in the freshness-keeping device (1) is prevented from contacting directly food and the freshness of the food can be kept stably in a long period of time.
Selon l'invention, deux éléments pelliculaires (4) sont utilisés pour envelopper verticalement un corps adsorbant (2), ces deux éléments pelliculaires (4) pouvant être liés aux surfaces supérieure et inférieure du corps adsorbant (2). Des parties de jupe (4A) se prolongeant vers l'extérieur à partir dudit corps adsorbant (2) sont formées au niveau des bords extérieurs des éléments pelliculaires (4) respectifs, d'où la formation d'ouvertures de vaporisation (8) entre ces parties de jupe (4A) respectives. Un liquide de conservation de fraîcheur imprégné dans le corps adsorbant (2) est progressivement vaporisé à partir des surfaces latérales (2A) respectives du corps adsorbant (2) vers l'extérieur via les ouvertures de vaporisation (2), d'où la possibilité d'empêcher le corps adsorbant (2) de ce dispositif de conservation de fraîcheur (1) d'être en contact direct avec des aliments, et de conserver la fraîcheur des aliments de manière constante pendant une durée prolongée.
