The present invention relates to a front boot binding turning device for snowboard comprising a support means adapted to be securely mounted onto the snowboard, the support means are adapted to rotate between a Skiing Mode and a Walking Mode. The support means are provided for mounting of a front boot binding means securely attached on the support means, a locking means located on the support means; the locking means are adapted to securely and immobily lock the support means in the Skiing Mode. In the Walking Mode, the locking means are disactivated to allow an aligning of the user's front boot with the snowboard in the forward direction to facilitate easy travelling over level ground.
