The invention concerns a frontage element (8, 10), comprising a support and a panel (25) having at least two fixing parts (68) fixed on the support and a generally plane wall (66) extending between the two fixing parts (68), characterised in that at least one of the fixing parts extends recessed from the plane of the wall and is capable of being deformed such that the wall (25) is free to move parallel to itself with respect to the support when the temperature of the panel is modified.
