A frosting foil that has an adhesive strip attached to the back of the said foil. The product is used for the treatment of particular strands of hair on a persons head. This disclosure teaches a more time efficient and effective process at a lower cost than existing methods particularly by the foil being temporarily attached to the scalp and or hair below or above the strands of hair selected allowing the stylist to treat all the said hair that would be otherwise not accessible by known sandwich methods. The attaching of the foil to the scalp or hair other than the hair to be treated keeps the said hair to be treated completely accessible directly to the hair roots. Further folding of the blank space above the said adhesive strip by the stylist gives added strength and eliminates the requirement of backing material to the said foil.
