A frozen aerated product in a container is provided. The product is under a pressure of between 4 and 18 barg, and the container is provided with a valve. The valve has a flow rate of above 6 g s-1, preferably between 10 and 30 g s- 1. The flow rate of the valve being the mass flow rate at which the frozen aerated product, having a temperature of -18oC, is discharged through the fully open valve to atmospheric pressure. Also provided are valves suitable for dispensing viscous products at high flow rate whilst retaining a low opening and actuation force.
L'invention concerne un produit congelé aéré dans un récipient. Le produit est mis sous une pression entre 4 and 18 barg; le récipient est muni d'un robinet. Le robinet à un débit supérieur à 6 g s?-1¿, compris de préférence entre 10 et 30 g s?-1¿. Le débit du robinet correspond au débit massique avec lequel le produit congelé aéré, possédant une température de moins -18?o¿C, est libéré sous pression atmosphérique via le robinet complètement ouvert. L'invention concerne aussi des robinets, qui servent à la distribution de produits visqueux avec un débit élevé tout en gardant une force d'ouverture et d'actionnement correspondante.
