Frozen edible product in individual packaging providing at least 15% of the vitamin C RDA. comprising 5 to 90% (w/w) fruits, , 5 to 90% (w/w) of cereals and 5 to 90% (w/w) of a yoghurt based frozen confection comprising 35% to 55% (w/w) yoghurt and 45% to 65% of a mix comprising sugars, dairy products, stabilisers and emulsifiers , the yoghurt based frozen confection having an overrun of between 60% and 150%, preferably over 80%, more preferably between 100% and 130%.

La présente invention décrit un produit congelé comestible en emballage individuel qui représente au moins 15 % de l'Apport Journalier Recommandé en vitamine C, ledit produit comprenant entre 5 et 90 % en masse de fruits, entre 5 et 90 % en masse de céréales et entre 5 et 90 % en masse d'une préparation congelée de type yaourt, incluant entre 35 % et 55 % en masse de yaourt et entre 45 % et 65 % d'un mélange comprenant des sucres, des produits laitiers, des stabilisants et des émulsifiants, ladite préparation congelée de type yaourt présentant un foisonnement compris entre 60 % et 150 %, préférentiellement supérieur à 80 %, le plus préférentiellement entre 100 % et 130 %.
