A procedure is provided for manufacturing a solidifiable food product consisting of at least a first and second food component. The solidifiable food product is formed by using a thermal insulating container that operates both as a mould and handling package. The container has a cover with a top wall and at least one side wall that are connected forming a cavity to provide an opening. The cover is placed upside down on the top wall to receive first of all a layer of film, which covers the inside surfaces of the top and side walls. A flexible pastry food product is then placed against the film and follows the contour of the side and top walls. The cavity is filled with a solidifiable fluid food product such as ice cream, and the base is then placed on the cover to close the opening. Depending on the composition of the solidifiable food product, the food product may be left in the container and handled until final use.
Il est fourni une méthode de fabrication de produit alimentaire solidifiable comprenant au moins une première et une seconde composante alimentaire. Le produit alimentaire solidifiable est formé en utilisant un contenant isolant thermique qui fonctionne à la fois comme moule et emballage de manutention. Le contenant a un couvercle ayant une paroi supérieure et au moins une paroi latérale se reliant entre elles pour former une cavité ayant ainsi une ouverture, le couvercle étant placé à l'envers sur la paroi supérieure pour recevoir en premier lieu une couche de pellicule recouvrant les surfaces internes des parois supérieure et paroi latérale et par la suite un produit alimentaire pâtissier flexible est placée contre la pellicule pour par la suite suivre le contour des parois latérales et supérieure. La cavité est alors remplie avec un produit alimentaire fluide solidifiable comme une crème glacée et la base est placée par la suite sur le couvercle pour fermer l'ouverture. Suivant la composition du produit alimentaire solidifiable, le produit alimentaire peut être laissé dans le contenant et manipulé jusqu'à l'utilisation finale.
