The present disclosure provides a flyer comprising a flypot having a burner, at least one air passage, and a blower in fluid communication with the air passage. The blower can circulate air through the air passage, to either enhance the heating of a cooking medium within the flypot, or to help regulate and control the temperature of the cooking medium and/or a temperature of the flypot. A controller can also be in communication with the blower and burner, to control the flyer to enter various cooking modes. The controller can control the flyer to enter a filtration mode to when the cooking medium needs to be filtered and/or cleaned.
La présente invention porte sur une friteuse comprenant un bac de friture ayant un brûleur, au moins un passage d'air et un ventilateur en communication de fluide avec le passage d'air. Le ventilateur peut faire circuler de l'air à travers le passage d'air, soit pour améliorer le chauffage d'un milieu de cuisson à l'intérieur du bac de friture, soit pour aider à réguler et à commander la température du milieu de cuisson et/ou une température du bac de friture. Un dispositif de commande peut également être en communication avec le ventilateur et le brûleur, pour commander la friteuse afin d'entrer dans différents modes de cuisson. Le dispositif de commande peut commander la friteuse afin d'entrer dans un mode de filtration lorsque le milieu de cuisson a besoin d'être filtré et/ou nettoyé.
