This invention is a physical support and valve for transferring liquid fuel between containers. When, pouring fuel from one container to another, the upper container's spout is held above the opening of the lower container being filled. In this invention a physical standoff is used to support the upper container at the same time controlling fuel flow. This invention attaches in the same way the spout is held onto a standard fuel container via a threaded collar. It can be quickly transferred from one container to another.
