In a fuel cell assembly (1) comprising an electrolyte layer (2) having a frame (21) and an electrolyte (22) retained in the frame, a pair of separators (5, 6) are bonded to the electrolyte layer by that a metallic material (27) is deposited on one of the frame and each separator and a laser beam is irradiated onto the metallic material through the frame or the separator in a state that the frame and each separator contact each other whereby the metallic material forms a eutectic with the other of the frame and each separator.

Dans un ensemble de pile à combustible (1) comprenant une couche électrolytique (2) ayant un cadre (21) et un électrolyte (22) retenu dans le cadre, une paire de séparateurs (5, 6) sont connectés à la couche électrolytique au moyen d'une substance métallique (27) déposée sur un des cadres et sur chaque séparateur. Un faisceau laser est émis sur la substance métallique au moyen du cadre ou du séparateur dans un état où le cadre et chaque séparateur entrent en contact mutuel, la substance métallique formant un eutectique avec l'autre cadre et chaque séparateur.
