A fuel cell capable of improving heat exchange efficiency with respect to tubular fuel cells is provided. A fuel cell (100) includes a hollow electrolyte membrane (1); hollow electrodes (2, 3) arranged on an inside and an outside of the electrolyte membrane (1), respectively; and an internal charge collector (10a) arranged inside of the electrolyte membrane (1) and the electrodes (2, 3), wherein the internal charge collector (10a) is hollow and made of a nonporous member.
