A fuel cell manufacturing method is provided by which an unbroken strip of sheet material (50) is sent through a molding process (101), an MEA assembly process (105) and a modularization process (107), and is separated into individual modules (19) in a batch process (109). In the molding process (101), separators (18) are sequentially molded on the strip of sheet material (50), and a separator strip (50A) is produced in which the separators (18) are connected together by runners (60). In the MEA assembly process (105) and the modularization process (107), MEAs (11, 14, 17) are sequentially assembled on the separator strip (50A) in which a series of the separators (18) are connected together by the runners (60), and a module strip (50B) is produced in which a series of the modules (19) are connected together by the runners (60). In the batch process, the series of modules (19) is separated into the individual modules (19) by cutting and removing the runners (60) from the module strip (50B).

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une pile à combustible selon lequel une bande ininterrompue de matériau en tôle (50) est envoyée dans un processus de moulage (101), un processus d'assemblage MEA (105) et un processus de modularisation (107) et est séparée en modules individuels (19) dans un processus par lots (109). Dans le processus de moulage (101), des séparateurs (18) sont moulés de manière séquentielle sur la bande de matériau en tôle (50) et une bande de séparation (50A) est produite dans laquelle les séparateurs (18) sont reliés ensemble par des canaux (60).
