A fuel cell system for removing sulfur compounds adsorbed on the surfaces of a catalyst. The fuel cell system includes a fuel cell (1) in which a plurality of unit cells, each having an electrolyte membrane held between electrode catalyst layers, are stacked, and a control device for recovering catalytic activity of the electrode catalyst layers by increasing an amount of water discharged from the electrode catalyst layers to a predetermined amount or more.
La présente invention concerne un système de pile à combustible servant à retirer les composés soufrés adsorbés sur les surfaces d'un catalyseur. Le système de pile à combustible comprend une pile à combustible (1) dans laquelle sont empilées une pluralité de cellules individuelles, comportant chacune une membrane électrolytique maintenue entre des couches de catalyseur d'électrode, et un dispositif de commande servant à récupérer l'activité catalytique des couches de catalyseur d'électrode en augmentant la quantité d'eau évacuée des couches de catalyseur d'électrode jusqu'à une quantité prédéterminée ou plus.
