A cell stack pair (100a, 100b) includes refrigerant introduction openings (42a, 42b) arranged at lower end portions of the cell stacks (100a, 100b) and also includes refrigerant discharge openings (44a, 44b) arranged at upper end portions of the cell stacks (100a, 100b), and the cell stack pair (100a, 100b) is arranged symmetrical about a plane (v) vertical to a horizontal plane (h). The direction of stack of unit cells (50) in each of the cell stacks (100a, 100b) is inclined relative to the horizontal plane (h).
