The invention relates to a fuel cell with integrated humidification, comprising a cathode-side or anode-side humidification unit with a heat exchanger (9,13), a condensate separator (10,14), a capillary tube (11,15) and a venturi nozzle and/or pump (12, 16). The invention also relates to a method for humidifying process gas for the operation of a fuel cell wherein only product water is used and wherein, according to a first embodiment, the gas containing 02 for the cathode is humidified by the cathode off-gas which contains water vapour by means of a first humidification unit and/or the combustion gas containing H2 for the anode is humidified by the anode off-gas which contains water vapour by means of a second humidification unit or wherein, according to a second embodiment, the combustion gas containing H2 for the anode is humidified by the cathode off-gas which contains water vapour by means of a first humidification unit and/or the gas containing 02 for the cathode is humidified by the anode off-gas which contains water vapour by means of a second humidification unit.
L'invention concerne une pile à combustible comportant une humidification intégrée, composée d'une unité d'humidification côté cathode et/ou côté anode, présentant un échangeur thermique (9, 13), un piège à condensat (10, 14), un tube capillaire (11, 15), et un tube de venturi et/ou une pompe (12, 16). L'invention concerne également un procédé d'humidification de gaz de processus pour le fonctionnement d'une pile à combustible avec utilisation individuelle d'eau de produit. Dans un premier mode de réalisation, ledit procédé consiste à humidifier le gaz contenant O¿2? destiné à la cathode au travers du gaz d'évacuation de cathode contenant de la vapeur d'eau au moyen d'une première unité d'humidification et/ou le gaz combustible contenant H¿2? destiné à l'anode au travers du gaz d'évacuation d'anode contenant de la vapeur d'eau au moyen d'une deuxième unité d'humidification. Dans un deuxième mode de réalisation, le procédé consiste à humidifier le gaz combustible contenant H¿2? destiné à l'anode au travers du gaz d'évacuation de cathode contenant de la vapeur d'eau au moyen d'une première unité d'humidification et/ou le gaz contenant O¿2? destiné à la cathode au travers du gaz d'évacuation d'anode contenant de la vapeur d'eau au moyen d'une deuxième unité d'humidification.
