A unitary distributor (300) is disclosed, comprising at least one main flow passage (307) located within a distributor ring body (301), the main flow passage (307) having an arcuate portion (305) oriented in a circumferential direction around a distributor axis (11). A fuel distributor (100) is disclosed, comprising a fuel conduit (105) and a distributor (300) wherein the fuel distributor (100) has a unitary construction. A method for fabricating a unitary distributor (100) is disclosed, the method comprising the steps of determining three-dimensional information of the unitary distributor (300) having at least one flow passage (307) having an arcuate portion (305) located within a distributor ring body (301) having an axis (11), converting the three-dimensional information into a plurality of slices that each define a cross-sectional layer of the unitary distributor (300) and successively forming each layer of the unitary (distributor 300) by fusing a metallic powder using laser energy. A unitary fuel distributor (100) comprising a fuel conduit (105) and a distributor (300) is disclosed wherein the unitary fuel distributor (100) is made by using a rapid manufacturing process.

L'invention porte également sur un procédé pour fabriquer un distributeur unitaire (300), le procédé comprenant les étapes de détermination d'informations en trois dimensions concernant le distributeur unitaire (300) comportant au moins un passage d'écoulement (307) comportant une partie en forme d'arc (305) disposée à l'intérieur d'un corps de bague de distributeur (301) comportant un axe (11), de conversion des informations en trois dimensions en une pluralité de tranches qui définissent chacune une couche de section transversale du distributeur unitaire (300), et de formation successive de chaque couche du distributeur unitaire (300) par fusion d'une poudre métallique à l'aide d'une énergie de laser. Un distributeur de carburant unitaire (100) comprend un conduit de carburant (105) et un distributeur (300), le distributeur de carburant unitaire (100) étant réalisé par un procédé de fabrication rapide.
