A fuel cell structure (2) is provided, having a pre-sintered, that is "green", nickel-zirconia fuel electrode (6) and an air electrode (4), with a ceramic electrolyte (5) disposed between the electrodes, where the pre-sintered fuel electrode (6) contains particles selected from the group consisting of nickel oxide, cobalt and cerium dioxide particles and mixtures thereof, and titanium dioxide particles, within a matrix of yttria-stabilized zirconia and spaced- apart filamentary nickel powder beads, and where the "green" fuel electrode can be sintered to provide an active solid oxide fuel cell.

L'invention concerne une structure de pile à combustible (2), présentant une électrode combustible de nickel-zircone pré-frittée(6), <=écologique>=, et une électrode air (4), un électrolyte (5) en céramique étant placée entre les électrodes. Selon l'invention, l'électrode combustible pré-frittée (6) contient des particules sélectionnées dans le groupe comprenant des particules d'oxyde de nickel, de dioxyde de cobalt et de dioxyde de cérium et des mélanges correspondants, et des particules de dioxyde de titane, au sein d'une matrice de zircone stabilisée à l'oxyde d'yttrium et de perles de poudre de nickel en filament espacés. L'électrode combustible <=écologique>= peut être frittée pour produire une pile à combustible active d'oxyde solide.
