The present invention provides a fuel gasification furnace which does not need the special control of a pressure balance between a gasification furnace and a char combustion furnace, and a mechanical means for handling a fluidizing medium, can stably obtain generated gases of high qualities, and is capable of highly efficient power recovery, and also provides an integrated gasification furnace which is capable of reducing corrosion on a steam superheater (pipes), etc. and is capable of highly efficient power generation even when a combustible waste material containing chlorine are used as a fuel. The fuel gasification furnace has a gasification chamber (1) for fluidizing a high-temperature fluidizing medium therein to form a gasification chamber fluidized bed having an interface, and gasifying a fuel in the gasification chamber fluidized bed, a char combustion chamber (2) for fluidizing a high-temperature fluidizing medium therein to form a char combustion chamber fluidized bed having an interface, and combusting char generated by gasification in the gasification chamber (1) in the char combustion chamber fluidized bed to heat the fluidizing medium, and a first energy recovery device (109) for using gases generated by the gasification chamber (1) as a fuel. The gasification chamber (1) and the char combustion chamber (2) are integrated with each other. The gasification chamber (1) and the char combustion chamber (2) are divided from each other by a first partition wall (15) for preventing gases from flowing therebetween extending vertically upwardly from the interfaces of the respective fluidized beds. The first partition wall (15) has a first opening (25) provided in a lower portion thereof and serves the first opening (25) as a communication between the gasification chamber (1) and the char combustion chamber (2), for allowing the fluidizing medium heated in the char combustion chamber (2) to move from the char combustion chamber (2) via the first opening (25) into the gasification chamber (1). 92
L'invention concerne un four de gazéification intégré, comprenant une chambre de gazéification (1), servant à la gazéification d'un milieu fluidisé à l'intérieur d'un lit fluidisé portant une interface, une chambre de combustion de charbon (2), servant à la combustion du charbon produit par la gazéification exécutée dans la chambre de gazéification et à chauffer le milieu fluidisé à l'intérieur d'un lit fluidisé portant une interface similaire, et un dispositif de récupération d'énergie (3). Les chambres (1) et (2) sont construites de façon à ne former qu'une seule pièce et divisées par une cloison dans une partie située verticalement au-dessus de l'interface du lit fluidisé, une ouverture étant ménagée dans la partie inférieure de la cloison pour permettre la communication entre lesdites chambres (1) et (2), ouverture par laquelle le milieu fluidisé chauffé dans la chambre (2) passe de cette chambre (2) à la chambre (1). Grâce à cette installation, il n'est plus nécessaire d'avoir un dispositif de commande spécial pour l'équilibrage de la pression, ni de moyens mécaniques pour la manutention du milieu fluidisé entre la chambre de gazéification et la chambre de combustion de charbon. Cette installation garantit en outre une alimentation stable en un gaz produit d'excellente qualité, ainsi qu'une gazéification de combustible permettant une récupération d'énergie très efficace. Même lorsqu'on utilise comme carburant des déchets combustibles contenant du chlore, on obtient une production efficace d'énergie avec une corrosion minimum d'un surchauffeur à vapeur (tuyau).
