-10- "FUEL PREHEATING DEVICE" ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Fuel is more efficient in operation if preheated to assist vaporization thereof and coils carrying gasoline or the like have been used in conjunction with a source of heat either from the coolant or from the exhaust system. In this device, a coiled tube is in series between the fuel tank and the car- buretor or the like and is tightly wrapped around a lenght of tubing in series with the coolant flow from the engine so that the fuel is preheated particularly when the engine is at opera- ting temperature. In order to conserve the heating effect, an insulating sheet or blanket is wrapped around the coil enclosing the major part of the coil and of course the tube around which it is wrapped.
