A fuel treatment device for mounting to a fuel line has a casing with a hollow inner chamber for channeling the fuel threrethrough. A metal ball is located within said inner chamber and is confined in a predetermined space to allow for movement of the ball as fuel flows through the chamber. The movement of the ball in turn agitates the passing fuel to enhance the combustibility of the fuel.
