"FULL SURFACE CONTACT INTERNAL FLOATING ROOF" Abstract of the Disclosure A full surface contact internal floating roof is provided. More particularly, an assembly utilized in the construction of such a floating roof involves, a urethane foam- filled panel having a PVC outer skin. A PVC I-beam is used to interconnect two adjacent panels. A PVC cement, compatible with the PVC outer skin and PVC I-beam is used to form a welded joint between the panels and the I-beam.
