This device is related to the domain of fully automatic machines for oil extraction. An axle transmission and soft belt suspension system is used in the device. A decelerator connects an electric motor and a driving hub, so that the transmission belt can be driven. When the driven hub and the bridle are connected, the sucker rod will be connected so that the oil-well pump can start working. There are several other units, an absolute value coder that can measure the driven hub's angle of rotation, an augmenter coder that can measure the rotational speed of the electric motor and an oil gauge. In the device, an oil production process controller processes the collected signals and then the device controls the machine, the beam and the pump system automatically. It has the advantages of saving energy, high efficiency for oil extraction and long operational life span.
L'invention concerne une unité de pompage comprenant: une base (1) et une crémaillère (2); un moteur électrique (17) à fréquence variable destiné à alimenter l'unité de pompage en énergie via un réducteur (5) de vitesse; un moyeu (7A) d'entraînement, connecté audit réducteur (5) de vitesse, destiné à entraîner une courroie (10A) ainsi que l'autre courroie (11) dont une extrémité est reliée à un contrepoids d'équilibrage; un moyeu (7B) entraîné connecté audit moyeu (7A) d'entraînement de manière à entraîner une courroie (10B) dont une extrémité est attachée à une tige de pompage; une plate-forme (3) supérieure sur laquelle sont montés le moteur électrique (17), le réducteur (5) de vitesse, le moyeu (7A) d'entraînement et le moyeu (7B) entraîné; un convertisseur (18) de fréquence d'entraînement relié à un contrôleur (20) programmable lui-même connecté à un codeur (16) de valeur absolue destiné à gérer les conditions d'exploitation de l'unité de pompage. Ladite unité de pompage peut être commandée de façon automatique par le contrôleur programmable avec conservation d'énergie, efficacité élevée et durabilité.
