Fully diluted hard surface cleaners are disclosed which are particularly effective on cleaning soap scum and hard water stains. The cleaners contain small amounts of particular acids and have a pH of less than 5Ø The cleaners also contain a particular amine oxide, or a different surfactant in conjunction with a solvent.
