The present invention relates to human antibodies, preferably to fully human antibodies, which are specifically binding to influenza M2e antigen. The invention further relates to individual light- and/or heavy chains of such antibodies, to nucleic acids encoding said antibodies or their light- and/or heavy chain, and to expression vectors for the expression of said antibodies. Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of said antibodies in the treatment and/or prevention of influenza A virus infection, preferably in humans.

La présente invention concerne des anticorps humains, de préférence des anticorps totalement humains, qui se lient spécifiquement à lantigène M2e de la grippe. Linvention concerne en outre des chaînes légères et/ou lourdes individuelles de tels anticorps, des acides nucléiques codant pour lesdits anticorps ou leur chaîne légère et/ou lourde, et des vecteurs dexpression pour lexpression desdits anticorps. De plus, linvention concerne lutilisation desdits anticorps dans le traitement et/ou la prévention dune infection par le virus de la grippe A, de préférence chez des humains.
