L'invention concerne un procédé de conception et de construction d'habitat fondé sur des fonctions qui comprend comme première étape une évaluation = en l'état = d'un terrain; comme seconde étape l'évaluation d'une optimisation potentielle pour le plaisir humain d'une expérience de nature et/ou d'une restauration d'habitat en termes de quatre exigences (alimentation, reproduction, repos, nidification) pour des cercles d'habitat sélectionnés représentant sous forme simplifiée une population animale viable; comme troisième étape la préparation d'instructions pour la mise en oevre d'une amélioration du terrain en termes des quatre exigences. Le procédé est réalisé avec une assistance informatique.
