The invention relates to a method for the in vitro monitoring of the effect of substances in in vivo processes and to an in vitro detection method, for identifying immunomodulating compounds and/or for detecting the effect of immunomodulating compounds as well as for identifying compounds which induce apoptosis and/or necrosis by means of the immune system in in vivo processes. The claimed methods are particularly suitable for monitoring the effects of substances on cells which are mediated by the immune system. Since cells of the immune system with the substances in the primary incubation can impart their effect thereon, the in vivo effects of the substances are monitored in the secondary incubation by incubating with target cells the supernatants or the mixture of cells and supernatant of the primary incubation, which contain, inter alia, the deposited products from the cells of the immune system. The claimed method is also suitable for the in vitro monitoring of the in vivo effects before, during and/or after the dosage of immunomodulating compounds as well as compounds that induce apoptosis and/or necrosis.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'analyse in vitro de l'effet de substances lors de processus in vivo ainsi qu'un procédé de détection in vitro pour identifier des composés immunomodulateurs et/ou pour détecter l'effet de composés immunomodulateurs ainsi que pour identifier des composés inducteurs d'apoptose et/ou de nécrose au moyen du système immunitaire lors de processus in vivo. Les procédés selon l'invention sont particulièrement appropriés pour analyser des effets de substances sur des cellules, médiés par le système immunitaire. Une fois que des cellules du système immunitaire avec les substances lors de l'incubation primaire ont pu appliquer leur effet sur cette dernière, les effets in vivo de la substance sont ensuite détectés lors de l'incubation secondaire par incubation des surnageants ou du mélange de cellules et de surnageant de l'incubation primaire, contenant entre autres les produits déposés des cellules du système immunitaire, avec des cellules cibles. Le procédé selon l'invention est également approprié pour surveiller in vitro des effets in vivo avant, pendant et/ou après le dosage de composés immuno-modulateurs et de composés inducteurs d'apoptose et/ou de nécrose.
