Compositions and methods for targeting agents to hard tissue are provided comprising. A method includes administering to a subject a composition comp.pi.sing micelles, the micelles comp.pi.sing at least one amphiphilic block copolymer linked to at least one tooth targeting moiety. The composition further includes at least one encapsulated compound and is provided in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
L'invention concerne des compositions et des procédés servant à cibler des agents vers un tissu dur. Un procédé consiste à administrer à un individu une composition comprenant des micelles composées d'au moins un copolymère bloc amphiphile lié à au moins une fraction de ciblage de dent.
