A composition contains certain nutrients, active and protective substances, as well as an oxygen carrier. Also disclosed is a process for preparing this composition and its use. The invention solves the problem of preparing skin care compositions with a high oxygen content which also contain further nutrients, active and/or protective substances at a reduced cost. The new functional oxygenated composition consists of (a) phospholipids and oxygen-loaded fluorocarbon or fluorocarbon mixtures. The proportion of fluorocarbon lies in the 0.2 to 100% by weight/volume range. The lipid fraction contains 30 to 99% by weight phosphatidylcholine in the form of asymmetric lamellar aggregates. The disclosed composition also consists of (b) a product obtained by gentle disintegration of suspensions or dispersions of cells of plant substances, bacteria or yeast by ultrasonic and/or high-pressure homogenisation under up to 25 MPa, and (c) a cosmetic or dermatological carrier suitable for use on the skin. This composition is based for its oxygen content on the synergy between fluorocarbons and the disintegration products.
L'invention concerne une préparation contenant des substances nutritives, des principes actifs et des substances protectrices déterminés, ainsi qu'un porteur d'oxygène, et concerne en outre un procédé de production de cette préparation et son utilisation. L'invention permet de produire des préparations pour la peau, à haute teneur en oxygène et contenant également d'autres substances nutritives, principes actifs et substances protectrices et dont les frais de production sont réduits. La nouvelle préparation oxygénée comprend : a) des phospholipides et du fluorocarbone chargé en oxygène ou un mélange de fluorocarbones, la proportion de fluorocarbone se situant entre 0,2 et 100 % en poids/volume; la teneur en phosphatidylcholine de la fraction lipide se situe entre 30 et 99 % en poids, sous forme d'agrégats lamellaires asymétriques; b) un produit obtenu par dissolution par homogénéisation ultrasonore et/ou haute pression atteignant 25 Mpa, sans les altérer, de suspensions ou de dispersions de cellules de substances végétales, de bactéries ou de levures, et c) une substance porteuse cosmétique ou dermatologique appropriée à l'application sur la peau. En ce qui concerne sa teneur en oxygène, cette préparation est basée sur la synergie existant entre les fluorocarbones et les produits de dissolution.
