The invention concerns a functionalised solid support for the synthesis of compounds comprising at least an .alpha.-oxoaldehyde function, its method for preparation and its uses, in particular for preparing a bank of organic compounds, a diagnostic reagent, a microtitration plate and a biochip, such as a DNA chip. The invention also concerns a method for the synthesis of organic compounds comprising at least an .alpha.-oxoaldehyde function and .alpha.-oxoaldehyde peptides obtained by said method.
L'invention est relative à un support solide fonctionnalisé pour la synthèse de composés comportant au moins une fonction .alpha.-oxoaldéhyde, à son procédé de préparation et à ses applications, notamment pour la préparation d'une banque de composés organiques, d'un réactif de diagnostic, d'une plaque de microtitration et d'une biopuce, telle qu'une puce à ADN. La présente invention est également relative à un procédé de synthèse de composés organiques comportant au moins une fonction .alpha.-oxoaldéhyde et aux peptides .alpha.-oxoaldéhydes obtenus par ce procédé.
