An endoscopic device for the partial fundoplication for the treatment of GERD, comprises: a) a distal bending portion (b) and a flexible portion (f) suitable to be positioned in extended shape within the esophagus of a subject; b) a positioning assembly comprising two separate elements (62, 62A), one of which (62A) is located on said distal bending portion (b), and the other (62) on said flexible portion (f); c) a stapling assembly comprising a staple ejecting device (61A), wherein said staple ejecting device (61A) is located on either said bending portion (b) or on said flexible portion (f), said staple ejecting devices (61A) being in working positioned relationship when said two separate elements (62, 62A) of said positioning assembly are aligned; and d) circuitry for determining when said two separate elements (62, 62A) of said positioning assembly are aligned.

Cette invention se rapporte à un dispositif endoscopique de fundoplication partielle, servant au traitement du reflux gastro-oesphagien pathologique, ce dispositif comprenant: (a) une partie coudée distale et une partie souple destinées à être placées en position déployée dans l'oesphage d'un sujet; (b) un ensemble de positionnement comprenant deux éléments séparés, dont l'un est placé sur la partie coudée distale et l'autre sur la partie souple; (c) un ensemble d'agrafage comprenant un dispositif éjecteur d'agrafes, lequel est placé soit sur la partie coudée soit sur la partie souple, ces dispositifs éjecteurs d'agrafes étant placés en position de travail lorsque les deux éléments séparés de l'ensemble de positionnement sont alignés; et (d) un circuit destiné à déterminer à quel moment les deux éléments séparés de l'ensemble de positionnement sont alignés.
