An aqueous composition suitable for applying fungicides to plant propagation materials is provided, comprising water and a blend of the following components, by weight: a) 2 - 10% of a surface-active agent comprising al) at least one anionic surfactant; b) 0 - 10% of at least one polymer selected from water-dispersible polymers and water~soluble film-forming polymers; c) 4 - 20% of at least one inorganic solid carrier; and d) 3 - 20% of at least one antifreeze agent. In one aspect, the composition comprises titanium dioxide. The inventive composition is storage stable, ready-to-apply (RTA), ecologically and 15 toxicologically favorable and has good fungicidal efficacy.

Composition aqueuse convenant pour l'application de fongicides sur des matériaux de propagation végétale, constituée d'eau et d'un mélange des composants suivants, en poids: a) de 2 à 10 % d'un agent tensioactif comprenant a1) au moins un tensioactif anionique; b) de 0 à 10 % d'au moins un polymère pris dans des polymères hydrodispersables et des polymères filmogènes hydrosolubles; c) de 4 à 20 % d'au moins un vecteur solide inorganique; et d) de 3 à 20 % d'au moins un agent antigel. Selon un aspect, la composition contient du dioxyde de titane. La composition de l'invention est stable au stockage, prête à être appliquée, bénéfique au plan écologique et toxicologique, et possède une bonne efficacité fongicide.
