A fungicide for treating plants primarily products such as trees, wood and golf greens, comprises a solution in water of Carbendazim (trade mark) having a concentration greater than 7,000 ppm and preferably in the range 30,000 to 50,000 ppm. This is obtained by adding hydrochloric acid, by boiling the mixture and by adding a surfactant to maintain the active ingredientin solution.
