The invention is a funnel style rainwater diverter for the use to collect rainwater flowing from the sloped roofing structure and direct it into as existing or new application rainwater gutter system or off the roofing structure that will prevent or greatly reduce overflowing of the existing or new application gutter system The funnel style diverter comprises a base (lower portion) that lies in a plane, which is normal to the plane of the roof structure. The upper portion has a half funnel shaped design attached to the lower portion along the edges of the half funnel upper portion and can be a whole integral one-piece unit. The upper portion reduces in size to an opening shaped to adapt to an elbow or extension and conversely to a gutter and downspout system. Main application is designed to be installed at the lower portion of a roofing structure in a valley location and where there is a protrusion or abutment within the roofing structure where rainwater can be diverted towards an existing discharge opening from the rainwater gutter system.
