ABSTRACT Furnace for combustion with fuel storage preferably intended for bio-fuels like wood and peat. A fuel container (1) with an inclining grid (2) is equipped with means at its lower end (19) for supply of reaction gas for gasification of the fuel in the gasification zone (6). The gird space (7) is connected to a flame space (5) via a slot (9) at the upper edge (10) of the grid. Means (28) for supply of combustion air are disposed in or near the slot (9) for combustion of the fuel gas in the flame space (5).
