ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention discloses a stackable armchair which is preferably injection moulded in one piece from polypropylene. Each arm rest has a downwardly opening trough, the trough of one arm preferably being slightly smaller than the other arm. This arrangement permits adjacent armchairs in a row to be linked together with the trough of one arm rest being retained within the trough of the adjacent arm rest of the adjacent arm chair.
