The invention relates to a furniture or iron fitting which comprises a first fitting element (1) and a second fitting element (4) linked therewith via a height adjustment device (4). A threaded spindle (5) is received on the first fitting element (1) in two spaced apart bearings (6, 7) so as to be rotatable but not axially displaceable. A threaded sleeve (8) linked with the second fitting element (4) engages with the threaded spindle (5) so as to be axially adjustable between the two bearings (6, 7). The threaded spindle (5) is axially supported on both ends in opposite directions on the bearing (6, 7) associated therewith and allows for a height adjustment of the two fitting elements (1, 2).

La présente invention concerne une armature de meuble ou de bâtiment comprenant une première partie d'armature (1) et une seconde partie d'armature (2) reliée à la première par un mécanisme de réglage en hauteur (4). Un axe fileté (5) est monté au niveau de la première partie d'armature (1), dans deux paliers (6, 7) espacés entre eux, de façon à pouvoir tourner, mais sans pouvoir effectuer de mouvement axial. Un manchon fileté (8) relié à la seconde partie d'armature (2), s'encliquette avec l'axe fileté (5) de façon à pouvoir effectuer un mouvement axial entre les deux paliers (6, 7).
