There has been required a fused protein composition of the Fc domain of an antibody which has an enhanced effector function and is useful as a drug. Thus it is intended to provide a composition comprising a fused protein molecule of the Fc domain of an antibody which has an N-glycoside-binding complex sugar chain in the Fc domain, wherein the N-glycoside-binding complex sugar chain is a sugar chain having no fucose attached to N-acetylglucosamine at the reducing end of the sugar chain; a transformant producing this fused protein composition; a process for producing the fused protein composition; and a drug containing the fused protein composition.

La présente invention concerne une composition protéique hybride du domaine Fc d'un anticorps, présentant une fonction effectrice améliorée et pouvant être utilisée en tant que médicament. La composition décrite dans cette invention comprend une molécule protéique hybride du domaine Fc d'un anticorps présentant une chaîne glucidique complexe se liant au N-glycoside dans le domaine Fc. La chaîne glucidique complexe se liant au N-glycoside est une chaîne glucidique exempte de fucose relié à la N-acétylglucosamine à l'extrémité de réduction de la chaîne glucidique. La présente invention concerne également un transformant produisant ladite composition protéique hybride ; un procédé permettant de produire la composition protéique hybride et un médicament contenant la composition protéique hybride.
