The invention relates to a fuselage cell structure 1 of an aircraft for the simplified installation and attachment of at least one fastener 15-17,34-37,48 for at least one conduit 18,39-42,49, the fuselage cell structure 1 having a large number of reinforcing elements 6,8,24,46 formed in particular using an aluminium alloy material. According to the invention, the reinforcing elements 6,8,24,46 within the fuselage cell structure 1 are provided with at least one groove 12-14,29-33,47 in which the fasteners 15-17, 34-37,48 can be secured by producing a combined pressing and clamping fit creating a positive fit at least in certain regions. For this purpose, the fasteners 15-17,34- 37,46 can have at the lower face thereof, for example, two retaining feet 19,20 which can be spread apart and attached by driving a fixing element 21 into the groove 12-14,29-33,47. The reinforcing elements 6,8,24,46 are continuous stringers 3-5 preferably produced by extrusion and crossbars 23,44,45, the required grooves 12-14,29-33,47 being simultaneously extruded during the production process. In conjunction with the fuselage cell structure 1, the fasteners 15-17,34- 37,48 allow flexible, quick, and in addition easily alterable positional fixing of all types of conduits 18,39-42,49 without drill holes.
La présente invention concerne une structure cellulaire du fuselage 1 d'un avion pour simplifier la pose et la fixation d'au moins une attache 15-17,34-37,48 pour au moins une conduite 18,39-42,49. La structure cellulaire du fuselage 1 présente une multitude d'éléments de renforcement 6,8,24,46 en particulier réalisés dans un matériau en alliage d'aluminium. Selon l'invention, les éléments de renforcement 6,8,24,46 sont munis, à l'intérieur de la structure cellulaire du fuselage 1, d'au moins une rainure 12-14,29-33,47 dans laquelle peuvent être fixées les attaches 15-17,34-37,48 par la réalisation d'un assemblage combiné par serrage et blocage avec formation d'un accouplement mécanique, au moins partiel. A cette fin, les attaches 15-17,34-37,46 peuvent présenter, par exemple, sur leur face inférieure, deux pieds de maintien 19,20 qui peuvent être écartés et calés par l'insertion d'un élément de fixation 21 dans la rainure 12-14,29-33,47. Les éléments de renforcement 6,8,24,46 sont de préférence des longerons 3-5 sans fin fabriqués lors du procédé d'extrusion ainsi que des traverses 23,44,45, les rainures requises 12-14,29-33,47 étant également extrudées pendant le processus de fabrication. Les attaches 15-17,34-37,48 permettent, en association avec la structure cellulaire du fuselage 1, une fixation souple, rapide, sans alésage et, en outre, facile à modifier, de conduites 18,39-42,49 en tout genre.
