Fusion polypeptides and salts thereof comprising at least one IgE-binding domain fused to at least one human serum albumin component, optionally via a peptide linker, and in particular, dimeric fusion polypeptides comprising HSA protein fused, at each of its amino and carboxy termini, to an extracellular domain of the .alpha.-chain of the human high affinity receptor for IgE (Fc.epsilon.RI.alpha.); process for the preparation thereof, functionally equivalent polypeptides which are intermediates in their preparation, and polynucleotide and oligonucleotide intermediates and vectors therefor. They are indicated for use in the prevention and/or treatment of IgE-mediated allergic diseases and related disorders such as atopic dermatitis, atopic asthma and chronic urticaria.
Polypeptides de fusion et leurs sels comprenant au moins un domaine de fixation de IgE fusionné à au moins un constituant d'albumine sérique de l'homme, éventuellement par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison de peptide, ainsi qu'en particulier, polypeptides de fusion dimères comprenant la protéine de HSA fusionnée, au niveau de chacune de ses terminaisons amino et carboxy, à un domaine extracellulaire de la chaîne .alpha. du récepteur humain présentant une affinité élevée pour IgE (Fc.epsilon.RI.alpha.); leurs procédés de préparation, polypeptides présentant une fonction équivalente et intermédiaires dans leur préparation et polynucléotides et oligonucléotides intermédiaires et leurs vecteurs. Ces polypeptides servent à prévenir ou à traiter les maladies allergiques provoquées par IgE et les troubles apparentés, tels que les dermatites atopiques, l'asthme atopique et l'urticaire chronique.
